Prices
All prices are quoted for wholesale orders only. Prices are subject to change without notice and orders are invoiced at prices current at the date of the order.

Payment
All orders are payment in advance. We accept your good Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or American Express. Payments made by check (OAC only) should be payable to Celtic Morning, llc. Payments not received within 30 days are subject to 2.5% interest charge per month.

Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped either with the US Postal Service or UPS Ground. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be included in the total purchase price of your order.

Specification
Should any product or design not be available in the size, color, or design ordered, an alternative may be supplied unless the customer specifies on the order that alternatives will not be accepted.

Returns
Items delivered to the customer broken or faulty must be returned to us within ten days of shipment date accompanied by full details of the problem, the order date, and invoice number. Items will be replaced or credited to the customer’s account if it is clear to Celtic Morning, llc that the damage occurred prior to delivery or if there is a fault in manufacturing. Items mistreated or subject to wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

Title Claim
The goods remain the property of Celtic Morning, llc until such time as they are paid for, and each order is considered as a whole. In the event of non-payment Celtic Morning, llc shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale by the buyer or liquidator, receiver, or trustee in the event of bankruptcy.

All designs and materials are protected under the copyright laws of the United States. We have a policy of vigorously defending our designs against plagiarism and all breaches of copyright will be prosecuted.

Confidential Information
Customer information will be kept on file by Celtic Morning, llc and are considered Confidential. Such information is for internal business use only and will not be sold or otherwise released unless under the written direction of a court of law.
